Need a form or some way to enter data directly into SQL Server by sredmond

One of our departments needs to be able data directly into SQL Server (2012). Currently data is entered into SharePoint and then synced into SQL with third party software but the problem is that SharePoint is hard coded not to accept dates before 1900 and we need to enter some dates prior to 1900… (Budget: $250 – $750 USD, Jobs: .NET, Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL)
