SharePoint Workflow help by rockroll

I am having some issues trying to figure out a condition for my SP workflow in Designer. Instead of have over 20+ conditions, I was hoping to do something like this: fieldA, fieldB, fieldC, and Field… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: .NET, JSON, Sharepoint, Software Architecture)
